Elderly Baby

Elderly Babies. This is the funny way we baby photographers sometimes refer to babies who are no longer newborns, but aren't toddlers yet. My youngest daughter is an elderly baby now, she is just over 6 months old. Now that she is sitting unassisted she's really a great subject to photograph, I can plop her down in front of the backdrop and snap away while she smiles at me. These Elderly Baby black and white images are my favourite way to capture kids (well, lets be real, its one of my favourite ways to capture everyone, newborn to adults!) its so simple, and I really feel like it preserves personality as much as it does looks.
